About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting environmental and sustainability-focused solutions. This role involves identifying customer needs, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Present products and solutions to prospective clients and key decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Develop long-term partnerships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Process & Deal Closure
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements.
Follow up on inquiries and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Identify emerging business opportunities and industry developments.
Provide market feedback and sales insights to management.
Support the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to address client requirements efficiently.
Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Track performance against targets and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Experience in environmental services, sustainability solutions, waste management, or related industries is an advantage.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
