POSITION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description

To lead business growth, manage key accounts, and drive strategic sales initiatives across the UAE.

Lead and manage sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company's footprint in after-sales technical services in commercial appliances

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and end clients.

Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research and networking.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.

Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Responsible for implementing standards and procedures related to business ethics.

Develop new policies and procedures for suppliers and customers.

Protects the organisation's value by keeping information confidential.

Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience of 4–5 years as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of the fintech industry and emerging technologies.

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.

Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in English.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
