Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and reach out to local communities, fitness centers, gyms, health studios, and event organizers for collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage sponsorships, product giveaways, and co-branded activations.
- Represent the brand at fitness events, expos, markets, and community gatherings.
- Build a pipeline of recurring partners instead of one-off activations.
- Track partnership performance (reach, engagement, sample-to-sale conversion) and report ROI.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage agreements while coordinating with legal and finance teams when needed.
Community Growth
- Grow and manage a community of health-conscious customers across social media, email, and offline channels.
- Plan and execute community programs such as ambassador programs, challenges, product tastings, pop-ups, and member perks.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop content and messaging for wellness-focused audiences.
- Monitor and report community metrics including growth, retention, and engagement.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align partnerships and community initiatives with company goals.
- Propose and manage budgets for sponsorships, giveaways, and events.
- Stay updated on fitness, wellness, and local event trends to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a collaboration and event calendar.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in:
- Partnerships
- Community Management
- Brand Partnerships
- Field/Event Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- Media Relations
- PR
- Strategic Partnerships
- Experience ideally in Food, Wellness, Fitness, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Proven ability to build and maintain external partner relationships.
- Experience managing or growing online and/or offline communities.
- Comfortable representing a brand at events, on camera, and in public settings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and nutrition.
- Active network across creators, agencies, media, and brand ecosystems.
- Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends when required.
Nice to Have
- Existing network within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Experience running ambassador or referral programs.
- Basic photo and video content creation skills.
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
