About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition within the outsourcing and workforce solutions sector. The role involves sourcing high-quality candidates, coordinating hiring processes, and supporting client workforce requirements across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Provide timely updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
Offer hiring recommendations based on candidate evaluations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Talent Pipeline & Database Management
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
Develop talent pipelines for bulk hiring and project-based recruitment.
Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor regulations.
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background checks.
Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate transition.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Meet individual recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.
Prepare recruitment reports and performance metrics.
Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other key indicators.
Support workforce planning and talent forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in outsourcing or staffing agencies.
Experience handling bulk hiring and multi-industry recruitment is an advantage.
