Job Title- Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially-minded Sales Executive to join our investment-and-real-estate sales team. The successful candidate will work across lead generation, client consultations and deal closures, focusing on investment opportunities, cross-border transactions and partner channels. You will engage with international investors, brokers and clients across the UAE and beyond to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new leads and prospects, through outbound calls/emails, networking, referrals, and partner channels.

Conduct client consultations: understand investor objectives, present relevant investment & real-estate opportunities, tailor solutions and articulate value propositions.

Manage the full sales cycle: from lead capture to qualification, presentations, negotiation, deal closure and post-sale follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, channel partners, and international investors to expand market reach and referral pipelines.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product/portfolio, operations) to ensure availability, pricing, documentation and smooth hand-offs for signed deals.

Maintain and update CRM system: record all client interactions, sales status, pipeline updates, forecasts and ensure data accuracy.

Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals; monitor performance metrics and monitor progress daily/weekly.

Provide market insight and feedback: monitor competitor offerings, market trends, investor sentiment and proposed strategies to adapt sales approach.

Assist with client onboarding, contract documentation, hand-over coordination and ensure excellent client experience from start to finish.

Participate in sales events, investor roadshows, webinars or meetings represent the company professionally and bring new business.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, company and market policies (e.g., documentation, investors disclosures, real-estate regulations).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real-Estate or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales or business development in real-estate, investment services or related industry in UAE/GCC.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals (preferably investment/real estate deals).

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to engage with international investors and high-net-worth clients.

Commercially aware; understanding of market dynamics, investment returns, financial metrics and client value propositions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM systems for pipeline management.

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.

Presentable, professional, customer-focused and able to work flexible hours as needed.
