About the Role
You will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, expanding key accounts, and positioning outsourcing services as strategic solutions for organizations. This is a high-impact commercial role that requires strong sales leadership, exceptional relationship-building capability, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals. You will shape sales strategy, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute a structured sales strategy focused on the outsourcing/BPO market.
Identify priority sectors and create targeted plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, meetings, events, and outreach.
Conduct client presentations, understand requirements, propose solutions, and negotiate terms.
Account Management & Client Relationship Building
Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers.
Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure sustained client satisfaction.
Market Research & Competitor Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, pricing movements, and outsourcing market demand.
Analyze competitor offerings and provide insights to leadership to refine service positioning.
Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, SLAs, and service documents aligned with client needs.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance with internal policies.
Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with operations, delivery, HR, and management teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Provide feedback from clients to improve service quality, processes, and customer experience.
Sales Reporting & Performance Management
Manage CRM entries, maintain pipeline accuracy, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Analyze sales metrics and conversion data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 57 years of sales experience, preferably in outsourcing, BPO, staffing, or managed services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise-level deals.
Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions (staffing, managed services, contact centers, support functions).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience managing the entire sales cycle independently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
