Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a leading Dubai-based real estate and property development company. The role involves supporting legal operations across company incorporation, contract management, regulatory compliance, and real estate legal matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of UAE corporate and real estate law.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Legal Support
- Assist Legal Counsel with daily legal tasks, case preparation, and drafting legal documents.
- Support company incorporation across the UAE, including:
- Drafting Memorandum of Association (MOA)
- Drafting Articles of Association (AOA)
- Completing registration processes
- Manage issuance, renewal, and amendment of trade licenses and other corporate documents.
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)
- Authorized signatories
- Corporate structure documentation
Real Estate & Regulatory Compliance
- Handle legal matters with:
- Dubai Land Department (DLD)
- Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA)
- Manage property registration, deregistration, and related regulatory procedures.
- Draft and maintain templates for:
- Agreements
- No Objection Certificates (NOCs)
- Approvals
- Other legal documents
- Liaise with government authorities and the PRO to ensure smooth processing of legal and regulatory requirements.
Document & Case Management
- Maintain organized records of:
- Contracts
- Case files
- Evidence
- Legal correspondence
- Monitor key deadlines, document expiries, and renewal requirements.
- Prepare:
- Briefing notes
- Case bundles
- Legal dockets
- Maintain and update a case tracking system to monitor progress and deadlines.
Attestation, Notarization & Translation
- Coordinate notarization, attestation, and legalization of legal documents.
- Arrange translations between English and Arabic through internal or external translation providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Paralegal qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience as a Paralegal or within a legal department.
- Experience in UAE real estate or corporate law is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with:
- UAE Real Estate Law
- Dubai Land Department (DLD)
- RERA procedures
- Corporate governance requirements
Required Skills
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
