About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Bridal Consultant to guide brides through their gown selection journey and deliver a personalized, memorable shopping experience. The role involves understanding client preferences, providing expert styling advice, coordinating fittings, and ensuring exceptional service from first consultation to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Styling
Welcome brides and understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
Provide expert advice on gown styles, fabrics, silhouettes, and accessories.
Assist brides in selecting dresses that suit their body type and wedding theme.
Build strong relationships to create a comfortable and memorable experience.
Sales & Client Experience
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Promote bridal collections, accessories, and customization options.
Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat referrals.
Fittings & Alteration Coordination
Schedule and assist with dress fittings and measurements.
Coordinate with tailoring teams to ensure perfect fit and timely delivery.
Ensure all client preferences and adjustments are documented accurately.
Showroom & Product Management
Maintain showroom organization and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure gowns are clean, properly displayed, and ready for appointments.
Keep updated on new collections, designers, and bridal fashion trends.
Administrative & CRM Duties
Maintain client records, order details, and appointment schedules.
Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Fashion, Retail, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, bridal fashion, or customer-facing sales roles.
Experience in styling, fashion consulting, or boutique sales is an advantage.
