Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a data-driven professional who can demonstrate measurable results, analyze campaign performance, and leverage leading marketing tools to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display channels
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
  • Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media performance using Hootsuite and Sprout Social
  • Track, measure, and report campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and messaging
  • Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads or social media marketing
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
