About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by promoting printing and packaging solutions, acquiring new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, executing marketing initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth across commercial, corporate, retail, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial printing, packaging, branding, and promotional products.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, retailers, educational institutions, and government organizations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing and branding solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure exceptional customer service from inquiry through project completion.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Develop promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.

Sales Operations

• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to order confirmation and payment collection.
• Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor customer orders and provide regular project updates.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Market Research & Commercial Analysis

• Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Identify new products, services, and market opportunities to support business growth.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Track sales KPIs and pipeline performance.
• Coordinate with finance regarding invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the printing, packaging, advertising, branding, signage, or graphic communications industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial printing processes and customer requirements is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
