Role Overview: We're seeking a seasoned Finance Manager with significant Australian accounting experience to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights to drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging with Australian clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
  • Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to board members and key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic financial advice and insights to support business decision-making
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
  • Ensure compliance with Australian taxation requirements
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior management roles
  • Demonstrated experience in Australian accounting practices and taxation systems
  • Proven track record of board-level reporting and presentation
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Xero
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience working with Australian businesses
