Our client, a highly respected accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Taxation Accountant & SMSF Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to specialise in taxation and SMSF while contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a substantial client base, focusing on taxation and SMSF

- Provide expert advice on complex tax matters and SMSF strategies

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and tax returns

- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service

- Mentor and lead a small team to optimise workflow and efficiency

Requirements:

- CPA/CA qualified with 5-10 years of uninterrupted public practice experience

- Deep knowledge and expertise in taxation and SMSF

- Proficiency in BGL360 and Xero (essential), experience with Ignition and FYI (ideal)

- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

- Proven ability to manage a team and optimise workflow
