Are you a proactive and client-focused Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a reputable accounting firm, is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and build strong client relationships through proactive communication and understanding their unique needs

- Lead complex client meetings, identifying risks, business development, and additional service opportunities

- Manage your own performance, ensuring productivity targets are met and write-offs are minimised

- Manage work in progress and billing, ensuring timely invoicing and maintaining WIP days below 20

- Delegate work to team members, review their work, and ensure client satisfaction and deadlines are met

- Promote, prepare, and deliver additional services to clients when required

- Manage debtors and ensure compliance with ATO lodgement deadlines

- Develop your accounting knowledge and expertise through on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing workflow issues

- Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

- Commitment to personal and technical development, seeking regular feedback and actioning accordingly
