Accounting Professional Wanted: Client Manager Role

Our client, a respected accounting practice in Mount Lawley, is seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join their team and contribute to the growth and success of both the firm and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a secondary point of contact for Directors, addressing client issues, problems, and conflicts in a timely manner

- Review monthly client work in progress and generate invoices for Director review

- Provide insight, analysis, and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the work produced

- Perform a wide range of accounting tasks, including financial statements, tax returns, management reports, and ad hoc tax advice

- Mentor junior staff by answering their queries and championing the application of internal policies and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, best practices, and industry developments, ensuring compliance at all times

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- Completion or current pursuit of CA/CPA qualification

- Minimum 4 years of experience as an accountant

- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Immaculate attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
