Analyst/ Associate - Treasury

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst/ Associate - Treasury, to support our treasury operations and liquidity management activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial market knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Role:

• Manage company cash flow, ensuring efficient liquidity forecasting.
• End-to-end execution and entry of money market deals.
• Manage Treasury Bill and Treasury Bond auctions.
• Conduct macro-economic analysis to identify market trends and insights.
• Trading in the interbank government securities market and active engagement with clients.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field or fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CFA or CA.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Treasury or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of money market instruments and their risk profiles.
• Basic understanding of macroeconomic principles.
• Holding a Certificate in Treasury and Foreign Exchange Operations (CBSL) or ACI Dealing Certificate or Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management (IBSL) will be an added advantage.
