Assistant Manager/ Manager - Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/ Manager to join our Finance team. The role will suit a finance professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting, management reporting, and month-end/year-end activities.
• Manage taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in finance processes, controls, and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Expertise in financial reporting and/or taxation.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and finance company regulatory requirements.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
