Intern - Operations (PWM)

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of Private Wealth Management? We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our Operations team. This is an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the operational processes supporting high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the end-to-end onboarding of high-net-worth clients, including account opening and documentation.
• Coordinating the collection, verification, and filing of client documents and certificates.
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of transaction confirmations.
• Ensuring operational efficiency and data accuracy across internal systems.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A proactive and organized mindset, with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in private wealth management and operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
