Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough macroeconomic research, analyzing key economic indicators such as GDP growth, inflation, interest rates and fiscal/monetary policies.
- Develop and maintain econometric models to forecast economic trends and their potential impact on financial markets.
- Monitor global and regional economic developments and provide timely updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations on economic trends and their implications for investment portfolios.
- Collaborate with fund managers, strategists, and analysts to integrate macroeconomic insights into investment decision-making.
- Present research findings to senior management, investment teams, and clients as needed.
- Assist in the development of strategic asset allocation models based on macroeconomic factors.
