Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing mid and upper-tier client relationships, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and effectively. This role involves direct client interaction and managing high value client relationships, while providing a seamless and efficient service experience across the entire range of CAL's investment products. They are required to coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage relationships with mid and upper-tier clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional support.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly across various communication channels, providing clear and effective solutions to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Assist walk-in clients by addressing their concerns, providing relevant information, and ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.
- Foster strong relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience with the organization.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in a banking/ financial services or similar fast-paced environment.
