Associate - Investment Banking

We are looking for a talented individual with strong financial modelling skills and expertise in analyzing and interpreting financial statements to join our Corporate Finance team.

You should be a creative thinker with a solution - oriented approach & enjoy working in a learning environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution and decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations.

• Conduct industry and market research to identify potential opportunities and risks.

• Support due diligence processes by gathering and analyzing relevant data.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal execution.

• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships through exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fully or partially completed professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or relevant qualifications in investment banking.
• 02 to 03 years of experience in having operated in equity capital markets.
