Assistant Manager - Investment Banking

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager with a knack for transactional orchestration! 

• You must have at least 3 years work experince in investment banking.
• Prepare persuasive pitches, construct comprehensive financial models and conduct thorough financial analysis to support support the decision - making process.
• Build & mantain strong relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• CFA qualification is prefered, we also welcome those on the path to achieving it.
• Acheive in executing financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity offerings & other corporate finance transactions.
