Vice President/ Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking

We're seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Investment Banking team as a Vice President / Assistant Vice President. This role is ideal for individuals with strong transaction experience, excellent financial acumen, and a passion for capital markets.

Job Role:

• Lead the execution of IPOs, M&A, rights issues, private placements, and follow-on offerings from origination through completion.
• Develop and review advanced financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality pitch books, Information Memorandums (IMs), proposals, and client presentations.
• Manage coordination with clients and internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, research, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development, deal origination, and opportunity generation

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CIMA or ACCA is an added advantage.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Capital Markets with exposure to live transactions.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, transaction execution, and pitch book preparation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple transactions, and deliver under tight deadlines.
