Data Engineer

We're hiring a Data Engineer to join our team! In this role, they will help design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud data platforms that power real-time analytics and decision-making across the organization. If you're passionate about modern data engineering, cloud technologies, and solving complex data problems, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Design and optimize ETL frameworks for performance and reliability.
• Develop cloud-native data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, streaming systems).
• Manage SQL/NoSQL database design and integrations.
• Improve data quality and prepare datasets for analytics and machine learning.
• Identify automation opportunities and uncover insights using large datasets.
• Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and contribute to Agile workflows.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in information management, Big Data, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 to 2+ years in big data, data lake, or cloud data platform development.
• Hands-on experience operating scalable, fault-tolerant cloud data systems.

• Hadoop, Hive, Spark (batch & streaming), Spark SQL, Snowflake
• Scala / Python / Java
• Kafka
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, HBase
• ETL, orchestration tools, Git workflows
  AWS big data stack tool (Athena etc)
