Pilot (First Officer - ATR)

Cakum Global is recruiting experienced ATR72 First Officers for a regional airline operation based in Papua New Guinea.

Role Overview:
This is an opportunity to join a growing regional airline operating modern ATR72 aircraft across one of the world's most unique and challenging aviation environments. We are seeking motivated and safety-focused pilots with strong multi-crew operational capability and a professional, team-oriented mindset.

Key Highlights

• Operate ATR72 aircraft across domestic and regional PNG routes
• Support safe and efficient airline operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Work within a professional multi-crew airline environment
• Operate in remote and developing environments requiring adaptability and resilience
• FIFO roster patterns anticipated (e.g. 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off)
• Long-term contract opportunities available

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Current or previous ATR72 experience highly regarded
• Experience on modern turboprop aircraft preferred, including:
  • ATR
  • Dash 8 / Q400
  • EMB-120 or similar regional aircraft
• Strong CRM and operational discipline
• ICAO English proficiency required
• Positive attitude with a strong safety culture and company-first mindset
• Able to work effectively in dynamic and challenging operating environments

Indicative Requirements

• Regional airline or multi-crew turboprop experience preferred
• Valid commercial pilot licences and ratings applicable to airline operations
• Strong communication and teamwork capability
• Ability to maintain high professional and operational standards
