The Opportunity
Identify and secure new charter business.
Build relationships with mining, oil & gas, government and corporate clients.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Work across commercial and operational teams to deliver customer solutions.

About You
5–10 years' experience in aviation business development.
Success with mining, petroleum or infrastructure clients.
Strong negotiation, CRM and commercial skills.
Experience in developing or emerging markets highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualification.
