Operating in one of the world's most diverse and challenging aviation environments, you'll work with mining, oil & gas, government, humanitarian and corporate clients whose operations depend on safe, reliable air transport.

The Opportunity
Develop and grow the charter business across mining, petroleum, government and corporate sectors.
Manage existing charter contracts and identify new opportunities.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
Monitor profitability, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Safety.

About You
5–10 years' aviation charter/commercial experience.
Mining, oil & gas or remote resource sector experience.
Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
Experience in PNG or emerging markets highly regarded.
Business, Commerce, Aviation or Finance qualification.
