Technician -Property Maintenance Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to manage daily operations and maintenance across our properties. Candidates with hotel industry experience are preferred for their high service standards and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems across office, rented properties, and MDs' residences.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent repair needs.
• Manage and supervise vendors/contractors for maintenance, servicing, and renovations, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance tools, spare parts, and inventory.
• Support safety compliance, including fire protection and emergency systems.
• Assist with renovations, fit-outs, and technical evaluations of new or rented facilities.
• Review technical drawings, supervise on-site works, and ensure smooth handover of spaces.
• Provide general handyman services and support cost-effective, energy-efficient operations.
• Be available after hours or on weekends for urgent issues, especially at the MD's residence.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities/property maintenance, including renovation and fit-out projects. Candidates without practical hands-on experience will not be considered. Hotel, retail, office, and residential sectors are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety) and ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety and building regulations.
• Strong coordination, vendor management skills, self-driven, reliable, and flexible for after-hours support.
