Overview
A family in Singapore is looking for a polished, discreet, and highly organized Personal Assistant & Household Manager to oversee household operations and support the Director and his wife. Candidates with hospitality, hotel, or events experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily household operations, cleanliness, and organization
  • Lead and schedule household staff; oversee vendors and maintenance
  • Coordinate family calendars, appointments, activities, and travel
  • Support the Directors wife with personal assistant duties
  • Oversee procurement, groceries, supplies, budgeting, and expenses
  • Plan and coordinate small family events and guest arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents, mail, and administrative duties

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or in hospitality/private households
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and service-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with family, staff, and vendors
  • Comfortable with pets and children; clean background check
  • Strong tech and computer skills; driver's license is a plus
  • Flexible to work occasional weekends or public holiday when required
