The successful candidate will provide operational and analytical support to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in administering compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs. This global role ensures accurate execution of processes, compliance with policies, and timely delivery of employee services, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role is also expected to proactively propose solutions or workarounds for system setup, benefits operations, and mobility processes to enhance efficiency and resolve issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Support Compensation Activities

  • Assist in preparing data for annual salary review, bonus cycles, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure the compensation planning system is properly set up and tested for annual salary review and bonus cycle, including data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Compile market benchmarking data and salary survey inputs.
  • Prepare costing and analysis reports for review by the Manager, C&B.
  • Assist Manager in job evaluation projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation to support grading consistency.
  • Identify issues in compensation planning processes and propose solutions or workarounds to ensure smooth execution.

2. Benefits Administration

  • Handle operations of employee benefits programs (insurance, medical, recognition, wellness).
  • Support HRBP team in coordination for benefits roadshows and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and resolve employee queries under guidance from the Manager.
  • Ensure billing invoices for benefits are accurate and processed timely. If intercompany billing is required, work with the Intercompany department to ensure charges are billed to respective entities.

3. Global Mobility Support

  • Facilitate international assignments and relocations in line with global mobility policy.
  • Handle first-level queries from assignees, host HR, and home HR regarding mobility policies, allowances, and processes.
  • Assist smooth mobility pre-, during, and post-assignment processes.
  • Liaise with vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services.
  • Track assignment documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure billing invoices for global mobility services are accurate and processed timely. If intercompany billing is required, work with the Intercompany department to ensure charges are billed to respective entities.
  • Propose solutions or workarounds for mobility process challenges to ensure timely and compliant execution.

4. Policy & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance checks.
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and global mobility regulations.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on compensation, benefits utilization, and mobility metrics.
  • Provide data insights to support decision-making by the Manager, C&B.

6. Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support HR system updates relating to C&B and global mobility and automation initiatives.
  • Assist in streamlining C&B and mobility processes for efficiency.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements or alternative solutions.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience with direct involvement in both Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with compensation planning systems and external vendor platforms for benefits and global mobility, including HRIS integration.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination for immigration, tax, and relocation services.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and global mobility compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
  • Understanding of international assignment policies, tax, immigration, and compliance.
  • Strong Excel skills, HRIS experience, and ability to generate accurate reports.
  • Effective collaboration and negotiation with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to streamline workflows while maintaining adherence to labor laws and mobility policies.
  • Detail Orientation & Accuracy: Ability to manage complex data and processes with precision, ensuring compliance and execution
