Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic planning and performance framework for the Singapore Campus.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with process owners to produce and maintain KPI dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee the development of standardised data definitions and methodologies across departments to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Implement best practices in data governance to enhance data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Lead the integration of business intelligence tools to support robust data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage data submissions for QS and THE rankings to strengthen the University's global standing.
  • Conduct benchmarking against leading universities to identify best practices and drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance rankings and improve external perception.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate AI and data analytics for predictive modelling in student enrolments, early intervention, and resource allocation.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance institutional performance and strategic planning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the University.


Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in business, data analytics, public policy, education management, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of extensive experience in strategic planning, institutional performance management, or data governance, preferably within a higher education environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Expertise in business intelligence tools, data analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in institutional rankings, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change in a complex organisational environment.
