Responsibilities:
- Develop and accomplish strategic plans and goals established by the Board.
- Make strategic recommendations on operational matters and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team and overseas colleagues to develop and implement plans for the efficient and effective development of digital and physical infrastructure.
- Oversee the development of effective systems and processes specifically designed to enable organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain a lean, effective and current policy bank, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practice.
- Provide leadership as required to any change in process, innovation and continuous improvement affecting the University's operating environment.
- Responsible for the effectiveness, measurement and reporting of all relevant processes, internal and external, including surveys where appropriate.
- Represent the University externally as required, including maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and agencies.
- Oversee strategic planning and performance by developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic planning and performance framework.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against strategic objectives.
- Lead the integration of business intelligence tools to support robust data analysis and reporting.
- Manage data submissions for QS and THE rankings to strengthen the University's global standing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance rankings and improve external perception.
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI and data analytics for predictive modelling in student enrolments, early intervention, and resource allocation.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance institutional performance and strategic planning.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the University
- Design and implement strategies to ensure operational excellence, environmental responsibility, in accordance with the SDG2030 goals.
- Develop metrics to measure and report on the companys environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
- Collaborate with external partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainability initiatives.
- Monitoring compliance with environmental regulations and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
- Lead the Singapore Campus commercial lease process with government agencies
- Managed campus infrastructure including amenities, security, development, environmental sustainability, Health, Safety & Environment, emergency & evacuation management, catering, services and facilities management to provide a lean and green service to the community.
- Identify opportunities for cost saving and service quality improvements.
- Provide infrastructure strategy, enable innovation and deploy technology to create consistency and improve students and staff satisfaction.
- Development of a clear governance structure and strategy to reflect the relevance of sustainability issues to all part of the University community and its stakeholders.
- Management Representative and process owner of all relevant policy, procedure, standards and accreditations.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, data analytics, public policy, education management, or a related field
- Strong management and operational experience, including that of Estate Management, Work Health & Safety will be highly advantageous
- Well-developed people management skills.
- Strong understanding of EduTrust requirements and how to ensure operational compliance with these Well-developed skills in networking and building relationships.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate team members to maximize their work performance
