Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth
  • Build, train, mentor, and lead the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop sales plans, set targets, and forecasts, analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance, track KPIs, and provide coaching and support to the team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.

Requirement:

  • Minimum diploma or degree holder 
  • At least 5 years of experience in carpentry, construction, interior design, sanitary ware, laminates, vendors, timber building materials, and related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Tech-Savvy
