The successful candidate will be responsible for following: 

  • Recruiting, enabling, nurturing and create mindshare of both new and existing partners with identified portfolio of products and services.
  • Developing strong relationships with all levels of personnel through the partner organization. (Senior Management, Sales team, Technical team and Marketing team).
  • Organize and plan Go-to-Market strategy with partners to increase pipeline and working with Regional Product Manager in the sales process (Account Mapping, New Account Penetration and Marketing Campaigns).
  • Manage and track partner sales pipelines and metrics on new pipeline creation, deal registration opportunities, net new accounts penetration and ROI.
  • Responsible to double check Quotations from Regional Product Manager before sending out to Partners or Customers.

The successful candidate should possess the following: 

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business / IT or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in product or services sales
  • Team player with good communication, presentation, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good foundation of information technology trends and developments
