Senior Sales Merchandiser

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal merchandise plans in collaboration with the product development and sales teams in Europe and US. Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock levels to optimize product availability and minimize excess inventory. Collaborate with the logistic/warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment and allocation of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and pricing plans. Monitor pricing competitiveness and profitability and make recommendations for pricing adjustments as needed.
  • Analyse sales performance by product category, SKU, and channel from all the business units. Identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Identify competitive threats and opportunities and make recommendations to stay ahead in the market.

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma/bachelor's degree in any related field
  • With at least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends
  • Administrative, IT and organizational skill
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn with a can- do attitude
  • Resourceful, flexible and highly responsible team player
  • Coordinate /communicate with China team members
