Responsibilities:

• Able to oversee customer requirement and translate to feasible solution design.
• Install, test and commission of IT and IP network infrastructure according to best practices, but not limited to routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers etc.
• Provide technical support and diagnose problems through onsite or remotely troubleshooting.
• Conduct system acceptance test and update as-built documentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology IT/ Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or relevant IT certifications.
• Min 3 - 5 year of expertise in implementation / administering and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on technical experience and/or CCNA/HCIA, CCNP/HCIP or CCIE/HCIE certification is advantage.
• Industry Experience with products such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Dell and etc are encouraged to apply
• Good communications and able to work in fast-paced environment.
