Senior Retail Leasing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants.
• Identifying and engaging potential retail tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall.
• Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation.
• Conduct competitive market research to stay updated on market trends.
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate.
• Min 1 to 2 years of retail leasing experience in a shopping mall environment. 
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  
• Team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $6,000 (Depending on experience) + leasing incentives + variable bonus
