Responsibilities:

  • Support volunteers recruitment, engagement and retention
  • Design new care volunteering programmes supporting patient care and develop corporate volunteering programmes
  • Monitor programme standards and measurements
  • Attract new partners to participate in the charity's work
  • Manage volunteer management system and do performance reporting and analysis
  • Support organisations' events



Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Business or equivalent from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Healthcare or Voluntary Welfare Organisation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience with data analysis will be advantageous
  • Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred (in order to liaise with the local dialects speaking associates)
  • A team player with drive, initiative and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
  • Willing to work on some weekends and weekday evenings (when required)
