Roles and responsibilities
- Arranging family travel plans e.g. booking of flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport, restaurant reservations, itinerary etc
- Organizing and maintaining calendar appointments, day-to-day schedules and meetings for the Executive Director
- Managing and organizing extensive and highly active of the director and his family calendars across different time zones
- Arranging appointments and restaurant reservations for personal and professional needs
- Assisting with family and household events e.g. RSVP, catering, etc
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders for various tasks as assigned
- Run errands and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Coordinate transport requests with drivers
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant to top-level management officials
- Maintains an advanced degree of confidentiality and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work under pressure as well as the ability to deal with interruptions and other unexpected events and make necessary adjustments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, responsible, and self-motivated
- Resourceful
- Good interpersonal skills with strong work ethics
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.
- Immediate availability is a plus
