About the job Finance Assistant (Town Council)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable duties.
  • Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties.
  • Processing of invoices and payments.
  • Carry out passing of suppliers payment to generate system cheques.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of GL and AP analysis.
  • Reporting to Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec in Accounting
  • 1 year of accounting experience
  • Candidates with no experience welcome to apply (Training will be provided)
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

Working hours : 5.25 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Alt half day Saturday

Working location: CCK Town Council

Salary: Up to $3,000 + AWS + variable bonus
