Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable duties.
- Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties.
- Processing of invoices and payments.
- Carry out passing of suppliers payment to generate system cheques.
- Assist in the reconciliation of GL and AP analysis.
- Reporting to Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Accounting
- 1 year of accounting experience
- Candidates with no experience welcome to apply (Training will be provided)
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Working hours : 5.25 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Alt half day Saturday
Working location: CCK Town Council
Salary: Up to $3,000 + AWS + variable bonus
