Our client is a reputable supplier of high-end bathroom accessories and sanitary ware, offering a wide range of quality bathroom accessories. The target audiences include renovation contractors, interior designers, retail partners, developers, architects, and homeowners. Due to expansion, they are looking for a personable and energetic Sales Executive. Candidates from hospitality backgrounds (such as former airline crew) who are ready to transition into a client-facing sales role are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with interior designers, renovation contractors, retailers, and project developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends within the renovation and home improvement industry.
- Present product offerings to prospective clients and provide tailored recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups on leads and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in home improvement, building materials, or sanitary ware industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Mandarin speaking as need to liaise with Chinese-speaking customer groups.
