Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will plan, implement and support the development of quality assurance and quality improvement. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the standards and quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts internal audits and follow up measures.
- Collates data for key performance indicators and maintain clinical quality dashboards.
- Collates feedback, conduct caregiver survey and data on quality improvement suggestions.
- Collates regular service utilisation and workload stats.
- Identifies service discrepancies and works on process improvement.
- Collates, tracks and maintains RCA record. Initiate RCA and submission of SRE to MOH when required.
- Collates, tracks and maintains record of incident reports.
- Collates data for MOH reporting as needed.
- Collates data for annual, donors and grant reporting.
- Participates in the evaluation of new service initiatives and patient-centric work processes.
- Supports the clinical team in quality improvement initiatives / activities.
- Supports and coordinates the planning and organization of patient safety and quality events.
- Supports and facilitates submission of quality improvement projects for competitions.
- Assists in and supports the review of quality management, standards, guidelines, forms and policies.
- Working with stakeholders and users, perform data analysis, trend observations and derive actionable insights to drive improvement initiatives.
- To drive the development and implementation of an in-house data management system; and be the resource person for access management, providing method, guidance and training on extracting data to other departments or subsidiaries.
Requirements:
- Degree holder from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in clinical quality or clinical management in a healthcare setting.
