Responsibilities:

  • Overall management and growth of sales operations for non- refrigerated and refrigerated products in General Trade and for non-refrigerated products in Modern Trade channels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new channels and grow the existing markets covering provision outlets, minimarts, schools, institutions and supermarket chains network.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve distribution, merchandising and outlet penetration objectives.
  • Ensure achievement of sales objectives and improving profit margins.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team in utilizing resources to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Establish and manage budgets, track sales performance data to reach objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing on promotions and stock requirement; in consideration of production schedule.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales, with key leadership role in the FMCG and local food industries.
  • Knowledgeable about the trade terms and operations of retailers and supermarket chains.
  • Good track record of managing sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
