Supply Chain Coordinator (1-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with spare parts executives for monitoring of promised inbound and outbound deliveries
• Updating spare parts ETAs and ETDs in SAP regularly
• Processing daily internal spare part order
• Monitoring and coordinating the proper and timely dispatch of both inbound and outbound shipments
• Verification of import export documents regarding correctness and completeness
• Proper filing and posting of all shipping documents in SAP
• Cost control and optimisation of transportation and/ or services from shipping forwarders
• Processing weekly goods receipt from printing, unload, check, label, and store
• Preparing the outbound shipments after confirmation from spare part executives based on availability and priority from printing, pack, load, wrap, label, and ship.
• Perform inventory controls from parts conditions, proper storage, and safety stocks monitoring
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and packaging materials
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder (Fresh grads with no experience are welcome to apply)
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
• IT Savvy, proficient in Microsoft office and SAP system
• Possesses problem-solving, organizational analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strict attention to detail to make sure correctness inbound and outbound
• Must be able to work in a team environment
