Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative and operational support to the Group Head, M&A. This role ensures seamless coordination of his schedule, meetings, communications, and travel, enabling him to focus on strategic priorities.

You will also support the broader M&A team in managing travel, meetings, events, and facilities across different countries. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Group Heads' calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate administrative support and travel for the M&A team across regions.
  • Organize events, meetings, and hospitality arrangements for visiting guests.
  • Oversee office and facilities management to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a high level of organization and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a corporate or M&A environment.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion, initiative, and attention to detail.
