About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administration Executive to ensure our office runs seamlessly. You will be the backbone of our operations, managing travel, calendars, facilities, and events, while providing polished administrative support to senior stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Travel & Calendar Management: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements and manage schedules for senior management and guests, ensuring smooth, hassle-free experiences.
  • Office Operations: Oversee facilities, office supplies, pantry, and general administrative tasks. Support onboarding processes, maintain internal contact lists, and assist HR/admin colleagues when needed.
  • Events & Engagement: Support planning and execution of company events and wellness programs. Craft internal communications to boost employee engagement.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least 3 years of experience as an office administrator.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally with travel coordination.
  • Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter, collaborative team player, flexible, and detail-oriented.
