About the job Office Manager
Leading the Administrative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure effective daily office operations including reception, technical support, and drive overall workplace efficiency
- Manage the administrative matters relating to onboarding and offboarding of colleagues
- Oversee facilities maintenance, landscape and refurbishment.
- Manage procurement of office and pantry supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Diploma or Degree with at least six years of experience in office management and administration
- Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, and budget control
- Proficient in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders from different levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
