About the job Office Manager

Leading the Administrative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure effective daily office operations including reception, technical support, and drive overall workplace efficiency
  • Manage the administrative matters relating to onboarding and offboarding of colleagues
  • Oversee facilities maintenance, landscape and refurbishment.
  • Manage procurement of office and pantry supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma or Degree with at least six years of experience in office management and administration
  • Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, and budget control
  • Proficient in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders from different levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
