Job Description:

  • Meeting developers, consultants, and contractors to get products specified and selected for their projects.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and providing regular market updates.
  • Develop new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Constantly focusing on sales growth and brand management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings with regular updates to stay informed.
  • Identifying market opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base.

Key Requirement:  

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • 3-4 years of business development/sales experience or hospitality industry experience
  • Must possess an aggressive and proactive approach, as this is a hunter role.
  • Proficient in analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-drive.
  • Experienced in preparing and managing tenders and quotations.
  • Capable of handling Project Management and Project Scheduling.
