About the job HR Officer (Contract)

The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities. The role also supports onboarding initiatives, managing of employee records, performing administrative task and contributes to ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting of job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling and attending interviews with potential candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding of new hires by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as filing, report generation, and handling HR correspondence.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, training arrangements, and performance management processes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations throughout all HR operations.

The successful candidate should possess the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
  • Familiar with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and relevant regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn HR information systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
