Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
  • Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Background in hospitality, airline, or other customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, confident, and comfortable engaging with clients
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
