About the Job

Are you passionate about Defence industry and looking to contribute to a dynamic, supportive, and growing team? We are seeking experienced and passionate Project Support / Business Administration professionals to support Defence projects in Penrith. This opportunity will enable the candidate to learn a variety of skills and gain exposure to a wide range of project and business operations activities within a fast-growing, diverse and technical teams.

• You will provide personnel and facilities administration activities including site inductions, on-boarding/off-boarding within a secure facility.
• You will support project and site document management including preparation and curation of status reports, risk and issue registers, briefs, and other related documents.
• You will assist with records and information management, including storage and dissemination of business and technical project data and administering a records system.
• You will support simple and comprehensive procurements in accordance with Defence Procurement processes. This includes but not limited to drafting of Defence purchasing documents.
• You will work independently, work cohesively and collaboratively within a small team and have strong liaison skills to work effectively across a variety of stakeholders.

About you

• Australian Citizen with a minimum AGSVA NV2 Clearance.
• Demonstrated experience in providing business administration and/or facilities or project support.
• Experienced in using MS Office suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated prioritisation and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
